Another Escalation In The Middle East Posted: 17 Oct 2012 12:17 AM PDT While we were going about our lives, a few things happened last week in the Middle East which challenge the very fragile peace in that region. Here is some news : 1. Palestinians fired a shoulder-launched surface-to-air missile at an Israeli helicopter over Gaza. The missile – identified as the low-altitude Strela SA-7 – missed its target. It was the first known attempt to bring down an Israeli craft using advanced missiles in Gaza Some of the weapons are being smuggled into the region from Libya. Last year according to White House assessments, some 20,000 heat-seeking surface-to-air missiles were unaccounted for in Libya. Similarly, there are fears that Syrian military arms depots will be raided by jihadis and turned on Israeli targets in the future. This will further escalate tensions. 2. Last week the leader of the Shia Hezbollah in Lebanon claimed responsibility for launching an Iranian-made drone aircraft into Israeli airspace adding more tension to an already explosive Mideast atmosphere. Sheik Hassan Nasrallah warned that it would not be the last such operation by his Lebanese militant group. The Hezbollah drone infiltrated the Negev and beamed back live images of secret Israeli military bases. 3. Iran's largest automaker, Khodro, has recently announced sharp hikes in car prices. The company's car loans have remained static, making it harder for Iranians to purchase new automobiles. Last week Fars News reported that Khodro had sent a directive to all its sales representatives, instructing them of a steep price rise. All Khodro's cars have risen by as as much as 20 percent, or 2 million to 5milion tomans, with the price of the popular Peugeot 206 model rising by 3.6m. tomans, the report said. As automobile production in Iran slows down, the country's auto market is starting to suffer from a shortage in new cars, which has led to a drop in sales. The Collapse of Libya, the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, the lawlessness in the Sinai, the Muslim Brotherhood (Hamas) now in power in Gaza plus the troubles in Syria have increased the flow of arms surrounding Israel. Palestinians in Gaza have been shooting rockets on a daily basis into Southern Israel. Last week the Shia Hizbollah in Lebanon (to the north of Israel) flew a drone right across Israel before it was shot down. The drone is believed to have been made and supplied by Iran. In the Sinai supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood are using the regions lawlessness to set up arms caches and also smuggle arms which are targetted across the border towards Israel. And then in Gaza a shoulder launched anti aircraft missile was fired at an Israeli helicopter - the first time such a thing has happened in many years. The Palestinians in Gaza are getting more sophisticated. These things are escalating by the day and I think something has to give soon. That usually means military action and maybe another shooting war. The biggest military threat to Israel on their borders now is the Shia Hizbollah which operates in Southern Lebanon, on Israel's northern border. In 2006, the Hizbollah managed to inflict serious damage on the invading Israeli Army. For the first time, using Russian anti-tank missiles supplied by the Syrians, the Hizbollah took out the vaunted Merkava tank. It was considered a defeat of the Israeli Army. Which is why I think the Shia Alawite Syrian government is facing the problems they are suffering now. The Shia Alawites in Syria are also the lifeline that supplies the Shia Hizbollah in Lebanon. Hence they are being taken out. This is happening now. The super patron of both the Shia Syrians and the Shia Hizbollah is of course none other than Shia Iran. This means the Iranians must be taken out too. And I think this is next on the radar. That is why I believe the economic sanctions against Iran will never be lifted - until the Iranian regime suffers immensely or is replaced. Even if Iran halts all its nuclear programs, it is too late. It is not just the Iranian nuclear program that is the issue. The bigger issue is the Iranians being arms suppliers to Syria and the Shia Hizbollah. Bombing the Iranian nuclear facilities will be over in a day or two. It will still leave Iran intact to continue supplying arms, missiles and drones to Syria, Hizbollah and maybe even Hamas. But the economic sanctions have a more long lasting, throttling effect - it is a chokehold that can paralyse the entire country - and cause massive demonstrations and unrest. Maybe the Ayatollahs could be toppled. As the news report says, the economic sanctions against Iran are causing serious inflation. The prices of cars are shooting up. Car factories in Iran are cutting down operations from three shifts down to one shift a day. This is creating massive unemployment. The same thing will occur in all Iranian factories and businesses which import materials and products from overseas. The Iranian rial is down to about one third its value before the sanctions kicked in. At such low exchange rates it will be impossible for factories to import raw materials and sell products that the market can afford. The Iranian people are going to suffer badly. President Ahmedinejad steps down from office next year. There will be an election in Iran. There may be riots and demonstrations in Iran even before that. There was already a large demonstration at the main Bazaar in Teheran last week. Even if it happens, the attack against the Iranian nuclear facilities will be a side show, a distraction. It looks like a false flag operation. I think the real objectives are the economic sanctions against Iran. These will not be lifted. |

Muslim Rage Could Be Bottled And Used to Create Electrical Power By LAHORE - Pakistan - Researchers at the Muslim Rage Foundation are finding ways of capturing pure Muslim rage and redirecting the energy into useful electricity that could help humanity. "This is pioneering research. We studied enraged Muslims from all over the world and calculated that if we could harness even 1% of the Muslim rage for even 1 second, we could have enough electricity to power the entire Northern Hemisphere. It really is incredible, Dr. Abdullah Maqtani, told Pakistani state news yesterday. Danish cartoonists may have learned their lesson well, as well as certain foolish Californian video makers, but what they have unleashed is a phenomenon that needs to be studied further. "I just want to put my fist down his throat," a Muslim man in the laboratory said foaming at the mouth. The raging man was talking about the latest person to create an outrage against Islam. The researchers and some heavyset orderlies grab the man, who is jerking around uncontrollably with fists and spittle flying, and put a helmet over his head. "His anger and rage energy are put through a transmogrifier and the signal is converted into pure electricity. We need more raging Muslims for our experiment and we will go out into the streets later today to collect more," Dr. Maqtani said. The Muslim Rage Foundation has revealed that all it takes is 23 Rage-filled Muslims to create the equivalent power of a nuclear power station. If more rage was harnessed, the world could solve it's energy problems once and for all. "There would be no need for oil, nuclear power, coal or any other fossil fuels. We are petitioning world governments to create Muslim Rage Power Stations where all the world's power will be created. There will be banks of Muslims tethered up and plugged into the system as they are shown, on big screen videos and pictures, scenes that will keep them in a permanent state of rage," another researcher told Pakistan's state television. |
