| Mitt Romney's Threats Posted: 08 Jul 2012 09:25 PM PDT Folks, just when the world was settling down to be a bit more peaceful, huge threats loom on the horizon again. There is a fellow called Mitt Romney who, in about 120 days, is challenging Barack Hussein Obama for the presidency of the United States of America.
The guy sounds like a dangerous cuckoo already. I have taken the following from Mitt Romney's campaign website here .
This guy spells out in detail how he is going to bomb the whole world back to the Stone Age. My comments in blue. - Mitt Romney's Strategy To Ensure An American Century

- . president must . understand the looming threats our nation faces

It has to be an American century. They want to ensure it is an Amerian century. They see threats everywhere. They do not see opportunities or making friends. They want to bomb China and Russia - Nations with Rising Ambitions:
- Powerful countries such as China and Russia are growing in strength and seeking their place in the sun.
- The authoritarian character of China and Russia already propel those countries to engage in behavior that undermines international security.
Russia and China "seeking a place in the sun" is deemed as undermining international security. The "place in the sun" is reserved for the US only. They are also going to bomb more Muslim countries : - Radical Islamic Jihadism:
- Radical Islam poses .. a direct terror threat to our homeland
- Failed and Failing States: Failed or failing states, like Somalia, Yemen, Afghanistan, and Pakistan are wracked by poverty, disease, internal strife, refugees, drugs, and crime.
- They are or can become safe-havens for terrorists, pirates, and other kinds of criminal networks.
They will bomb Iran and also increase the confrontation with North Korea: - Rogue Nations: The rogue nations of the world—Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and Cuba—are diametrically opposed to American interests and values
- they threaten international peace and security
- threats we face are complex
America must regain their status as the world's number one bully :- the one unifying thread that forms Mitt Romney's strategy to address them is this : when America is strong, the world is safer
- ..only American powe.. ensures the security and prosperity of the United States
And here are Mitt Romney's "Guiding Principles" - the world's greatest power, the United States will strive to set the international policy agenda
- will apply the full spectrum of hard and soft power to influence events
- Resort to force ..
- ..the use of armed force will never be off the table
- a Romney administration will exercise leadership in multilateral organizations and alliances (like the United Nations)
- America will always reserve the right to act alone to protect our vital interests.
The shedding of human blood (use of armed force) will never be off the butcher's table. I told you folks, these people are a barbaric race that simply craves the shedding of human blood. Forget about the UN. America will act alone. There is more : - Restoring the Sinews of American Power

They will also mess around with the Arabs. The future of the entire Arab world will be decided by one American State Department official, called a Regional Director : - Middle East / Arab Spring
- a Romney administration will pursue a strategy of supporting groups and governments across the Middle East
- to organize all diplomatic and assistance efforts in the greater Middle East under one Regional Director with unified budgetary and directive authority.
- One official with responsibility and accountability will set regional priorities . on ensuring the Arab Spring realizes its promise.
They will of course continue to back up Israel. Even Turkey and Egypt will be told to behave themselves when it comes to Israel : - Israel is the United States' closest ally in the Middle East
- Mitt Romney will reaffirm as a vital U.S. national interest the existence of Israel as a Jewish state.
- Mitt Romney will work closely with Israel to maintain its strategic military edge.
- The U.S. will work intensively with Turkey and Egypt to shore up the now fraying relationships with Israel
The Palestinians will continue to get screwed again and again: - He will make clear to the Palestinians that the unilateral attempt to decide issues that are designated for final negotiations is unacceptable.
The Arab Spring states are all screwed : - Immediate Post-Revolutionary States: Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya: A Romney administration will support those individuals and groups that are seeking to instill lasting democratic values and build sturdy democratic institutions.
Syria is doomed: - Syria: strongman Bashar al-Assad : a vicious dictator, a killer, and a proxy for Iran.
- ..increase the possibility that the ruling minority Alawites will be able to reconcile with the majority Sunni population in a post-Assad Syria.
They will bomb Iran to the Stone Age : - ..unacceptable for Iran to possess a nuclear weapon.

- In his first 100 days, make clear that the military option is on the table
- begin talks with Israel to increase military coordination, enhance intelligence sharing.
Eliminate North Korea's nuclear weapons - North Korea : Mitt Romney will commit to eliminating North Korea's nuclear weapons and its nuclear-weapons infrastructure.
Pakistan is doomed too: - Pakistan should understand that any connection between insurgent forces and Pakistan's security and intelligence forces must be severed.
Many Americans are getting tired of Obama because of the economy. Obama has done better than Bush on the international front. There is perhaps less hatred for America. Iraq is settling down - after 10 years. But we do not know what will happen after the Americans pull out in 2014. Afghanistan is a gone case for the Americans. Pakistan is becoming another mess.
Will Americans vote for Mitt Romney, a Mormon? Well they voted for Obama, who is black and was born a Muslim and lived for a time in Indonesia.

Now they say there are over 10,000 Blue whales in the world. Just last Thursday alone they spotted over 100 Blues in Monterey Bay, Southern California .
How do they decide that there are 10,000 Blue whales in the world? Did the US Navy do a head count (or a tail count)? How do we know if they are telling the truth? Maybe there are 20,000 Blue whales? Or 5000?
Here is the news : - Blue whales have flocked to Monterey Bay in .. the most phenomenal showing of the endangered mammals in recent history.
- As many as 100 of the planet's largest creatures have congregated to gorge on tiny shrimp-like krill
- ..measure 100 feet and weigh up to 150 tons.

The happy and gay couple - Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick officiated the ceremony

- Frank, former chairman of the powerful House Financial Services Committee.. openly gay congressman since 1980s.
- ..a vocal supporter of gay rights
- ..in May, President Obama openly endorsed gay marriage
