| Tumpang Pasar Malam : I Told You So Posted: 10 Nov 2012 02:10 AM PST Folks didnt I tell you so, just a few days ago. The PR guys are getting desperate. In the early 2000s, when their support was dwindling, they resorted to having their ceramahs at the beach in Port Dickson on Sundays and at the pasar malams so that they will appear to be speaking to a crowd. Well their support is dwindling again. And they have begun to 'tumpang' the pasar malam crowds again. This is what happened just recently in Terengganu. Here is superblog AIDC with the story. The Rear Admiral arrived in his white ambulance at a pasar malam at Taman Shahbandar in Terengganu. A picture is worth a thousand words. At 5:30 despite the Rear Admiral already speaking for 10 minutes there were hardly 150 people listening to him. You can see him on the extreme right of the picture. You can also see the people, pasar malam shoppers stopping to listen to what the psycho has to say.  You can clearly see that it is a pasar malam. The smoke is not Police tear gas but the satay and ikan bakar fellows burning their satay and ikan bakar. In the next picture below, taken about 6:00 pm the crowd has increased slightly to about 300 people. Please compare the two pictures - the space is about the same.  The PKR websites have also reported this gig at the Taman Shahbandar. Their spin was that thousands upon thousands of people came to listen to the Rear Admiral. To help them spin the 'thousands upon thousands' bullshit they used this picture - a close up shot of the pasar malam crowd. So now they are resorting to camera angles and pasar malam crowds to sell the snake's oil.  After the pasar malam the Rear Admiral delivered a tazkirah at some Ladang surau. You can see the picture yourself. Here he is possibly answering the question, "Apakah hukum bersalam tangan orang yang tidak mandi junub selepas seluk b*nt*t orang?"  Again as you can see below, there are hardly 100 people listening to him speak. So to the PR supporters - when is pasar malam nite in your area? You can call the white ambulance to come. They will come.    |

Ok here are some pictures of Paula Broadwell and Petraeus:    So Paula Broadwell titled the book "All In - The Education Of General David Petraeus". On hindsight, the title of the book does sound raunchy. It is obvious that Petraeus resigned only after the FBI discovered the affair and found out that he had compromised security by giving Paula Broadwell access to his private emails. What a stupid thing to do for a four star general and director of the CIA. The US Code of Military Conduct also prohibits its military officers from having extra marital affairs. It is an offence that can be court martialed. Petraeus himself says he resigned because he was : "guilty of "extremely poor judgment, Such behavior is unacceptable, both as husband and leader of an organization such as ours". OK, it would seem that he regrets making a mistake, a lapse in his judgement. I am not condoning his lapses - but considering that there were two sides to this affair, this type of statement by Petraeus does make trash out of Paula Broadwell. He is basically telling her now, "you were a mistake, you were a result of extremely poor judgement". Ouch ! I think the general could have been a little bit more circumspect with his words. My guess is both Petraeus and Paula Broadwell were having a good laugh at everyone - his delayed resignation only after the FBI caught him with his pants down, giving his girlfriend access to his private email plus the title of the book all indicate some intentional carelessness. Maybe even thumbing their noses at people. N'theless the general resigned. Despite being a 'negara kafir' the Americans do not condone extra marital affairs or adulterous behaviour by their ranking Government officials and politicians. Senator Edward Kennedy was never able to rid himself of the Chappaquiddick affair. Senator Gary Hart had to pull out of the Presidential nomination because of his extra marital liason with Donna Rice. So it looks like they have some standards - even until today in the 21st century. Here is another picture (courtesy of AIDC Blog) which shows Petraeus, Madeleine Albright and our very own Rear Admiral seated at one table, circa 2009, during the destruction of Afghanistan and Iraq.  In very big contrast in Malaysia, where we think we are a "negara Islam" the public's values are often the other way around. Here when the Islamic party's leaders are caught for khalwat in a hotel room with a married woman, they say it is ok. They let him off on a "technicality". No one has figured out what was that technicality. No one resigned. Instead they elected him the No. 2 leader in their party. Really, truth is stranger than fiction. When another 'pemimpin Islam' was caught on video with a Chinese girl younger than his daughter, again they said it was a conspiracy. The Police obtained confirmation from two independent forensic video labs that the video tape was genuine yet their supporters kept shouting 'allahu akbar' and went about their farting. No one resigned. They even gave him a new title 'anugerah' entah ape. This is a very diseased society.  After that the pemimpin Islam's dearly beloved was also caught on camera with a young woman, including scenes inside a bathroom - and again it just bounced like water off a duck's back. No one resigned here either.  It would appear that a kafir country like the US still sets higher moral standards at least for its politicians and public officials than a wannabe 'Islamic country' like ours. The only time a Malaysian politician was caught on tape and resigned from his Government position was Chua Soi Lek who is not a Muslim. After that video came to light, he immediately owned up and resigned from all his posts, especially his post as a Minister in the Cabinet. And until today, he is still NOT in Government. His party elected him back as the president but that is his party, it is NOT the Gomen. So rupanya even in 'wannabe Islamic' Malaysia, the non Muslim kafir politicians have better sense of owning up to their mistakes than the 'pemimpin Islam' kepala hotak fellows. Not only do they refuse to resign their posts but they also deny that they have been caught in the act. Their pants are down - the whole world can see that. Yet they say, its not me, its buncit, it is a conspiracy, bla bla. And the supporters say 'allahu akbar'. This is a very, very sick society.   |
