Another moron!

Participants of a close door meeting at PWTC this morning had a good laugh when this news came in - PKR sec-gen Saifuddin Nasution accused Umno of 'planting' Zaid Ibrahim as its candidate for Kajang by-election as a vote spoiler.

He spoke through this nose!

Yes, Zaid was once with Umno and appointed as minister. He left Umno and joined PKR before calling it quits and formed KITA party which only lasted for about a year.

Now, he is partiless.

Where did Saifuddin get such an idea from, nobody knows but he was hallucinating. He was seeing and talking many strange things of late. What's got into him?
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 17 — PKR suggested today that Umno could be using Datuk Zaid Ibrahim as a vote spoiler in the coming Kajang by-election, and challenged the ruling party to field its own candidate instead for the contest.
PKR secretary-general Datuk Saifuddin Nasution, who issued the challenge at a press conference here, reminded Umno of how it had replaced Barisan Nasional (BN) ally MCA in the Kuantan and Wangsa Maju seats during the last federal polls.
"The question is, is Umno behind the Zaid Ibrahim's bid to contest?
"I want to challenge the Umno Youth chief to field a candidate from Umno, don't suport Zaid Ibrahim, don't send him, Umno should go to the ground," Saifuddin said.
Political maverick Zaid, the former Umno minister who later defected to PKR, announced last Friday that he would join the Kajang fray as an independent candidate, throwing a spanner in the works for the opposition party.
Zaid had flayed PKR and de facto chief Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim last week for their speculated plan to remove Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim and suggested that such a move should take place in the legislative assembly.
Why must Umno engage him when he burnt the bridge a few years ago? Does it make any sense that Umno is planting him when BN (via MCA candidate) wants every single vote to ensure its victory in the 'dirtiest by-election ever'?

Saifuddin should consider this - Anwar Ibrahim himself could have 'employed' Zaid to split the votes after realising the rise of MCA and Barisan Nasional.

By the way, how much did PKR pay Lim Chin Cheh to vacate the seat for Anwar?

'AKAI TARAK'!

Ibrahim Ali the better PM?

Based on morals and behaviour, Perkasa president Datuk Ibrahim Ali has declared himself as more qualified to be prime minister than opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The Malay rights group chief said he is a '1,000 times'better than the Parti Keadilan Rakyat de facto leader.

Maybe.... Calling it 'Joke of the Millennium', the Malaysia Chronicle and The Malaysian Insider carried the story:
"If you want a prime minister, and if you do not like anyone else, Ibrahim Ali can also be the prime minister," he said at Seamo-Recsam, Penang where he presented appointment letters to the new state Perkasa leadership committee today.

He said both he and Anwar are equals in terms of education qualification, and that they have also spoken on various platforms locally and internationally.
"So starting tomorrow, I am the prime minister (in-waiting), not Anwar. I just want to compete with Anwar, with others I do not care.
"I know I can be better than him. I know I can do the job better than him. He became popular during his youth because I was the organiser who promoted him behind the scenes in the 1970s when we were student leaders," he said.

The former Pasir Mas MP also took a swipe at Anwar, calling him "a first-class hypocrite", and criticising him of being overboard.
"I have to say all this for the interest of the nation. He is like an extraordinary human being and it is as if nobody else can challenge him.
"From his student days until now, all he does is making trouble for others. He gets everything but still he is not satisfied," he said.
Ibrahim drew laughs when he said he knew Anwar inside out but Anwar did not dare to mess with him as he was the fierce type.
He said Anwar preferred those with "smooth foreheads" (dahi licin).
On Perkasa as a political non-governmental organisation (NGO), Ibrahim said it is also popular and many want to join as members.
He said the accusations and labels hurled at Perkasa have helped made the NGO popular and formidable since it was formed five years ago.
"When we criticised Pakatan Rakyat (PR), we are accused of being Umno's tool. When we criticise Barisan Nasional, PR says nothing.
This is quite interesting to me, and maybe to others too. I also thought it was a joke but Ibrahim was serious and firm about it.

Well, everybody can be what they want to be.

However, I believe Ibrahim should give a try in Kajang by-election. Just like Zaid Ibrahim who is trying to make a political comeback, perhaps Ibrahim can become the next PM if he defeats Anwar in the 'satay town'.
