Posted: 01 Jan 2014 09:12 PM PST I guess many Malaysians, including the Malays are taking a neutral stand on the Allah issue, which (admit or not) is having an adverse impact on national harmony and stability. Nobody has emerged winner, neither BN nor Pakatan Rakyat. And nobody wants to back off, let alone compromise. Honestly, I am worried. Should any decision is against the will of another, it could easily erupt into a national crisis. What are we doing about it, and are we ready? Court? Who's 'courting' who? And obviously, this is not one of the wise options: Maybe, I would agree to some suggestion for leaders or head (clerics) of both religions discuss it at a forum organised by non-political body. Who knows, we could gain some logic out of it! |
Posted: 01 Jan 2014 10:18 AM PST While Iran has shown transparency by allowing international nuclear experts visit its controversial facility in Busher near Tehran, the White House was still trying to implicate Iran with a 'plan to attack Israel'. How's that? Obama himself has no confidence in the UN-Iran deal, prompting the US officials to 'slowdown' engagement with Tehran. Just a few hours ago in Washington, the administration dismissed a report that an agreement had been reached between Iran and world powers to begin implementing a deal that requires Tehran to limit its nuclear program. The announcement followed a report in state-run Iranian media that a deal had been reached in negotiations between Tehran and the six world powers, including the United States, to begin implementing the agreement in late January. Nope! The US did not like it. Obama will not allow it to 'settle' just like that. Some 'actions' must be seen being taken against the Persian regime. War bitches are at work again! |
