Posted: 25 Mar 2013 09:00 PM PDT I think there is no need for Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein or the government to take heed on what Ambiga said. She is another moron who sensationalises and enjoys what PKR vice-president Tian Chua did. Her calls for Hisham and the government to condemn the 'death threat on Tian Chua' didn't make any sense. If she attributes such threats to the growing political fanaticism, she is totally wrong. The country was well managed before she and her friends organised that Bersih rallies... and before the ISA was repealed! She and the Opposition are the ones who created the 'budaya samseng' in the country, inciting and letting our youngsters to become rowdy and 'kurang ajar' at each and every Bersih rally, and yet she puts all the blame on the police 'brutality'. What Tian Chua said about the drama behind the death of our security personnel in Lahad Datu was uncalled for. It reflected him as being someone who is not sensitive about the sorrow and grievances the respective families had to bear. It was Tian Chua's own doing. He is not patriotic for putting his personal politics above the sensitivity of Malaysians. Now that 'rakyat Malaysia' - regardless of their political ideologies are disgusted and angry at him, he began to find solace in people like Anwar and Ambiga. So, let him learn the fact that politics and patriotism are two different things. If you are not patriotic about your own country, you can't be a politician... even not fit as a citizen! |
Posted: 24 Mar 2013 11:33 PM PDT I don't care if Tian Chua and others do not appreciate the sacrifices of the police force and their role in maintaining law and order in the country but majority of Malaysians - irrespective of their political ideologies - do recognise them. They have been with us for 206 years now, long before Tian Chua and all of us were born. Without them, there won't be enough air to breath. SELAMAT MENYAMBUT HARI POLIS KE-206! We salute you! |
