There Are No Trial About Scorpene In France!

The issue of Scorpene submarines that was raised by SUARAM a.k.a the opposition, has been going on since the complaint was filed in France court in November 2009. In short, SUARAM had filed a charge that a developer company from France, DCNS had paid an amount of bribery in value of EURO114 million to a Malaysian company, Perimekar Sdn Bhd with the help from a Mongolian model, Altantuya Sharibuu, who was later gruesomely murdered for asking a part from the bribe.


According to a statement made by the Chairman of SUARAM, Dr. Kua Kia Soong, "SUARAM believe that there is something bigger behind the murder of Altantuya and it is the matter about at least RM500 million commission on the RM7 billion purchase of the Scorpene submarine."


Indirectly, but clearly, Dr. Kua had accused the government or the Prime Minister for being involved in corruption and murder case. SUARAM also made a few other statements portraying that this case is now under trial in the court of France.


SUARAM even asked Malaysians to help them in covering the cost of the case. For that, SUARAM had organized a dinner party with charge of RM10,000 per table - obviously, to cover the fact that they are sponsored by some sides to lie.


We do not know how many Malaysians actually contributed to SUARAM to extend the lie. And we are certain that not all rakyat are stupid to sponsor SUARAM so that they could enjoy their holiday in France.


However, if anyone did contribute to them, they should push SUARAM to be investigated and audited to get their money back. This is because, latest sources told that the case of Scorpene submarine, has never been tried in the court of France.


According to the law in France, its judiciary system allows their judges to investigate or study cases independently. The jusge could also question witnesses, suspects and order for further investigations to get more facts and evidence. It was told that in the case of the contract in the purchase of the submarines that was signed by DCN with Pakistan and Taiwan, the issue that was raised was between the corruption case between DCN and France's political party.


The fact is, Paris Public Prosecutor's Office did run an investigation on the sale of submarines which involves DCN and other countries including Malaysia and few of their focus are on DCN with France's political members and parties. SUARAM's complaint was also used in the scope of the investigation.


Thus, what was portrayed by SUARAM saying the the Malaysian government were taken to the court of France and that our PM will be given a subpoena is a lie. The issue of the purchase of Scorpene by Malaysia has never been tried in court and every single press statements and conferences given by SUARAM are lies.


This should have never become an issue because detailed and factual explanations were given multiple times in the Parliament. Besides that, Dato' Seri Najib himself had sworn for four times saying that he do not know Altantuya, along with him and his wife's alibi during the murder incident, and their alibis were solid. Even the one who spread the lie, Raja Petra Kamaruddin (RPK) also admitted that he was just making up stories.


But, SUARAM still chooses to play with the issue as if they are that desperate to tarnish the government's image. We are saying that because if they do not want to give the government such bad image, they would just keep their mouth shut until the trial is over.


It is easy to know why SUARAM would lie because they are just as same as the opposition. Considering that the life of the opposition depends on their ability in lying, so they see no harm in taking risk in the issue of Scorpene, because they know that their supporters would believe just about anything that comes out from their mouth - at least until the election is over.


With the GE coming closer and closer, Scorpene is the only issue that they would use to confuse voters so that they would doubt the leadership of Dato' Seri Najib.

Scorpene: Suaram Is Controlled By PKR

SUARAM, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) which was established by the family of former ISA detainees where they were those who had threatened the country's security, often portray the organization as something that is transparent, independent and that they would fight for human rights and justice.


It was established on August 5, 1989 right after Operasi Lalang with its main objective which is to abolish ISA for those who were denied the rights to be tried.


But, as to a rational and smart Malaysian in analyzing information, SUARAM us an organization that fights to ensure that the country would be open to danger by providing rights, time and space for criminals or terrorists to operate.


And as Malaysians, SUARAM is just another one of the opposition's shadow, or to be more specific, PKR and DAP, in hopes to bring down the government. SUARAM is never transparent, independent and they certainly do not fight for justice or the rights of anyone.


SUARAM is only fighting for the opposition's political agenda who are objected to a republican nation, liberal mindset and not to just destroy special rights, but also everything that has to do with Islam and the Malay culture.


This can be seen when this NGO somehow went too much in creating the issue as if the issue of the Scorpene submarines were tried in France Court.


it began with SUARAM making complaints in France Court regarding DCN, which is a submarine-maker company of the country, saying that the company had given bribes to another company, Perimekar Sdn Bhd from Malaysia.


The complaint was then exaggerated with lies saying that the Prime Minister and his wife were involved in the murder of Altantuya who was charged as the translator during the trading procedure of Scorpene. Altantuya was said to have been killed because she asked for a little part from the bribe. From there, SUARAM also played the story saying that the PM will be be given subpoena by the court of France.


All the 'details' about the case were spread by SUARAM through series of press conferences, few of them include those between May 3 and May 26 recently.


However, we need to keep in mind that up until today, the information regarding this case has only been given from SUARAM and their lawyers without any presence of evidence.
Their statements were then taken by bloggers and opposition leaders as concrete evidence, as if it was already decided by the judges, which was then 'fed' to the minds of Malaysians.


The government had made a smart response by not saying much about this matter. Instead, the PM had gone under oath, in an Islamic manner, denying the charge and he gave an appropriate response in the Dewan Rakyat. The government needs to take a careful measure so that it would not cause any harm to court procedures which is said by the SUARAM, going under progress in France. SUARAM is the only one who cannot wait for the result from the court so that they could spread yet many more statements.


SUARAM's exuberance in this issue is simply hard to be understood. Considering that they are the opposition and the opposition is SUARAM, so it should be obvious that the General Election is coming soon because they are getting more and more exited lately.


The evidence saying that SUARAM is actually the opposition is not that hard to see. Just look at the list of important people in the NGO, and we could see they they are also important people in the opposition coalition in Malaysia. Few of them include:


1. Cynthia Gabriel is the Director of SUARAM and appears to be leading the SUARAM Scorpene probe. The Selangor state government, run by Pakatan Rakyat, appointed Gabriel as a municipal councillor in the Petaling Jaya City Council;


2. Dr. Kua Kia Soong is a former DAP Member of Parliament;


3. Sivarasa Rasiah is a PKR Member of Parliament of Subang, Petaling;


4. Irene Fernandez is a PKR supreme council member;


5. Dr. Syed Husin Ali is the former Deputy President of PKR;


6. Tian Chua is the PKR Member of Parliament for Batu;


7. S. Arutchelvan is the Secretary-General of the Parti Sosialis Malaysia, which works closely with PKR;


8. Dr. Nasir Hashim is the President of Parti Sosialis Malaysia, which works in close alliance with the Pakatan Rakyat coalition;


9. Elizabeth Wong is a former Coordinator for SUARAM. She is now a PKR state assembly member in Selangor;


10. Pramesh Chandran works for Malaysiakini and is close friends with Tian Chua. The two were members of the Network of Overseas Students Collective of Australia together with Elizabeth Wong.


The conclusion is, SUARAM do not have evidence in linking the PM in the murder case of Altantuya. SUARAM also do not have the evidence where bribery did occur during the purchase of Scorpene.


But, we have the evidence where SUARAM do not act as an independent body because they are just the shadow of the opposition where they only want to bring down the government. Thus, it is not a surprise that SUARAM would not hesitate to lie, twist or even create stories about the corruption and murder just to fulfil their objective.

Jika Pakatan Menang Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia Akan Di Bakar!?

Sebelum ini Nurul Izzah,Tony Pua dan pemimpin pakatan teruk menghentam kedai rakyat 1Malaysia.Pelbagai dakyah dan juga fitnah dilemparkan untuk memburukkan inisiatif kerajaan yang prihatin untuk membantu rakyat.

Harga barang yang murah menjadi ancaman haprak pakatan kerana selama ini mereka sering kali berkempen kononnya menyokong BN harga barang naik. Kempen pakatan dimatikan dengan hanya menggunakan kedai 1Malaysia.

Ingatlah haprak pakatan mahu rakyat sentiasa susah kerana politik perut menjadi intipati menyebarkan sentimen kebencian kepada kerajaan.

Barisan penganjur K-Pop Bertam


Kalangan penyokong dan ahli PAS persoalkan penganjuran Bertam Nite 2012 oleh PKR Bertam kononnya bertujuan mengutip dana pilihanraya adalah jalan untuk merampas kerusi dun Bertam.Mereka juga mempersoalkan kehadiran Ustaz Roshidi penyelaras Dun Penaga dari PAS ke majlis tersebut yang dilihat cuba melobi kedudukan beliau sebagai salah seorang calon untuk Dun Penaga.


PAS akan kehilangan satu lagi kerusi untuk bertanding semasa PRU13 nanti,PAS juga dikatakan menuntut kembali dun Penanti daripada PKR dan juga Bayan Lepas.Menurut sumber PKR,Anwar telah mengarahkan agar PKR mengambil alih Dun yang PAS bertanding sebelum ini untuk menguatkan parti jika mereka menang.


Manakala PAS pula semakin banyak kehilangan kerusi untuk bertanding di Pulau Pinang malah bertambah memeritkan lagi dikhabarkan di Dun Permatang Pasir yang dimenangi oleh Salleh Man kelihatan goyah kerana sokongan semakin menurun dan gerak kerja Ketua Pemuda Umno Permatang Pauh Cikgu Zaidi yang turun ke padang secara konsisten semenjak 2 tahun lepas telah memberi kesan.

Apa lagi yang PAS ada di Pulau Pinang jika hampir kesemua kerusi di ambil alih oleh PKR?

Tak Saman:Lim Guan Eng Takut Rahsia Skandal Berbillion Ringgit Terdedah!

Sebelum ini isu skandal Bayan Mutiara begitu panas daripada penjualan tanah dibawah harga pasaran:klik sini hinggalah kepada pelupusan tapak masjid:klik sini .

Lim Guan Eng ketua menteri paling celaka dalam sejarah regim DAP amat takut jika isu ini terdedah lebih teliti jika ia berpanjangan. Sekarang ini disetiap keluaran Buletin Mutiara dituduhnya Umno telah membuat fitnah.

Lim Guan Eng juga mengugut untuk saman ketua pemuda Umno Pulau Pinang Ir Shaikh Hussin kononnya ini adalah satu fitnah yang jahat.

Sudah lebih 2 bulan,Lim Guan Eng yang kononnya difitnah sehingga sekarang tidak berani untuk menyaman Ketua Pemuda Umno Pulau Pinang. Kenapa? Apa yang Guan Eng tidak mahu rakyat tahu mengenai rahsia disebalik skandal Bayan Mutiara?

Berapa juta ringgit kickback yang diterima oleh Guan Eng dan DAP didalam projek berbillion ini? RM5 juta? 10 juta? 25juta? Ada bukti transaksi? Kenapa Guan Eng takut skandal ini didedahkan di mahkamah?

Dikhabarkan Guan Eng mahu agar isu ini diblackout terus daripada ingatan rakyat Pulau Pinang dengan menuduh ia adalah satu fitnah. Kita jangan lupa puluhan soalan yang dikemukakan oleh Ir Shaikh Hussin sehingga sekarang gagal dijawap oleh Lim Guan Eng.


DAP Pulau Pinang cukup gentar jika skandal Bayan Mutiara dibawa ke mahkamah,Guan Eng sebolehnya tidak akan menyaman Shaikh Hussin.

Ingat! Penjualan tanah Bayan Mutiara tidak melalui tender terbuka sebaliknya ia adalah RFP(Request for proposal) ini satu lagi pembohongan Lim Guan Eng!

Ketua Pemuda Umno Pulau Pinang beberapa kali telah mencabar Lim Guan Eng dan DAP agar menyaman beliau mengenai skandal Bayan Mutiara kenapa hingga saat artikel ini ditulis tiada langsung tindakan saman?

Why Are Chinese Keeping Themselves Away From PR?

With the General Election coming closer and closer, political parties in Malaysia are working a lot harder than usual. Even though no one really know the exact date, but from the behavior of these politicians, it seems like it would begin even tomorrow.


Pakatan Rakyat, as a party who does not need to be responsible on just about everything has now began their campaigns although they actually have been doing it around the clock. PR is trying their best to convince their supporters that they could win this time around. They even speculated that they should have won big before this, if the elections were just and clean.


Many were fooled with the dirty election propaganda which was brought by PR, including the Chinese who previously do not really care about street politics. The Chinese usually focuses on politics that could strenghten the economic status of their race. But, due to constant lies, many Chinese were fooled with the opposition's strategy in which they try to tarnish the government's image and that now they are starting to believe that the situation of Malaysian electoral system is in a dirty condition.


Most of them had made Malaysiakini and other Chinese newspapers as their reference and they would not accept any explanations made by the EC nor the government. From there, they are providing full support towards the efforts in 'cleaning up' election system via BERSIH.


Without them realizing, they have been used by the opposition to sabotage the country, thus, to themselves. They then decided to follow Ambiga even though they knew that the government had offered a stadium for them to hold a peaceful demonstration. The government had tried to put a sense in them by providing explanations that BERSIH 3.0 is not necessary, but they simply do not believe any of that.


Until Anwar ordered BERSIH 3.0 participants to start causing riot, then the Chinese suddenly stood in silence. At that moment, most of them decided to go home with rage because BERSIH had been taken over by the opposition. All of the things that the government had explained to them were true.


The Chinese might be smart in business, but that does not mean that they are smart in everything. Whether they realize this or not, their race can be easily influenced by those with interest by using the subject of racism which the they have in order to destroy their own country.


In the context of our country, the Chinese are told to believe that the government do not really care about them. They are also taught to deny all of the chances that are given to their race and the ability to practice their own language and culture in different schools, as a proof that the government really care. They are told to make selfish demands which does not translate unity and national interest. All of those, for the purpose of weakening the country's structure so that it would make it easier for our enemies to infiltrate this country.


That is why, whenever anyone mentions about the government, EC, MACC or even the police, the Chinese would translate it as 'Malay'. That is why they really hate Malays, they simply cannot see any good in Malays. They became blind, and they decides to believe every single bad things that are said about the Malays without even considering any other factors.


So, it is not surprising if they still believe that this country is not clean, only because people told them so. When the government or the EC provide facts and figures to deny those claims, they would not accept any of it. Instead, they would believe every single thing that are 'fed' by others who wants to tarnish the government and EC's image, even if those' fact and figures' do not even make sense.


It is hard to make them realize that they are in the wrong direction, but that is how Malaysian Chinese are today - they are prejudice towards the government and anything that has the word Malay in it.


But, it seems that BERSIH 3.0 had given them a blow. now, most of them are starting to realize that BERSIH is only the opposition's tool to gain power from the streets. Due to that, most of them are keeping themselves away from PR and chooses to be undecided.


However, the Chinese are still too arrogant to admit that BN government, under the leadership of the Malays are not as bad as how PR have been telling them. In average, it seems that the Chinese are still keeping their race and political stand. They still could not accept the fact that the success of their race in Malaysia is assisted by the leadership of Malays in UMNO-BN.
It seems that the Chinese still could not fathom that without our leadership, they might have not gotten to where they are now.


As for now, they had taken the best measure which is to get away from PR, but they need to realize that it would only be better of they stick with BN.

Pemimpin Umno harus bertaubat anjurkan konsert maksiat - Pesuruhjaya PAS Perak

Jom kita tengok komen PAS mengenai konsert K-Pop di Putrajaya ,tetapi K-Pop Bertam anjuran PKR dianggap sebagai aktiviti tarian tradisional maka tidak perlu diberi teguran.

Kita sedia maklum tarian seksi yang menghairahkan di Bertam baru baru katanya disabotaj oleh Umno dan Barisan Nasional.

Akibat daripada itu majlis pakatan yang dimulakan dengan doa selamat disudahi dengan happy ending dek kerana para ahli PAS & PKR pulang dalam keadaang mata yang TERANG....

Ustaz Abu Bakar Hussain yang merupakan Pesuruhjaya PAS Perak, menggesa pemimpin kerajaan yang terlibat dalam Konsert K-Pop di Putrajaya baru-baru ini supaya bertaubat.

Beliau juga mengingatkan pimpinan UMNO bahawa mereka menganjurkan sebuah program yang mempunyai pengisian yang diharamkan dalam Islam secara jelas dan juga hiburan yang berunsur seksi, melampau dan luar batasan syara'.

"Saya sebagai Pesuruhjaya PAS Perak merasa kesal dengan pihak piminan UMNO yang bertindak sedemikian. Bagi barisan ulama' UMNO, saya ingin mengingatkan bahawa kalian perlu sedar bahawa kalian takkan dapat mencuci najis dengan terjun dalam loji kumbahan. Kalian akan tenggelam, dan bermandi najis..," tegas beliau.

"Saya juga kesal apabila perkara haram sebegini dianggap oleh pemimpin UMNO sebagai satu seni, atau satu tarian yang dibenarkan. Lihatlah betapa rosaknya kefahaman mereka terhadap tatacara hidup yang sepatutnya..," tambah beliau lagi.

Justeru itu, beliau mengingatkan pemimpin UMNO bahawa dalam al Quran ada menceritakan tentang umat terdahulu, yang mana golongan yang mempunyai fikiran hanya membiarkan kaumnya melakukan kejahatan.

Hanya sedikit sahaja dari kalangan mereka yang melarang kejahatan tersebut. Mereka yang mempunyai fikiran, dan hanya membiarkan kejahatan berleluasa ini, sibuk dengan kemewahan mereka.-UtaraNews

1. Malaysiakini

For Malaysiakini, everything that Pakatan Rakyat does or say is right and noble even when wrong and immoral eg Anwar and China Doll, PKR ustaz counselling woman at 3am in hotel room, wrecking police car and kicking policemen, sacking of ex-Transparency International Malaysia chairman from DAP etc etc etc.


The website is unashamedly pro-PR yet claim to be paragon of journalistic virtue. It is populated by commentators who are racists, sexists, chauvinists, who spew hatred against anyone whose views do not fit into their narrow minded brains.



Even its writers are weird like that mat salleh Australian, Dean Johns, who writes rubbish about Malaysia and Malaysians even though his wife is a Malaysian.


Who's he to spit dirt on our country? We are told he tried to get a job in New Straits Times but he was rejected. Following that he turned to Malaysiakini.


We are also aware that Msiakini CEO Premesh Chandra and his editor Steven Gan were comrades of Elizabeth Wong and Tian Chua while studying in Australia and were known for staging anti-BN protests.


2. Merdeka Centre

The think tank claims to be professional but its director Ibrahim Suffian is doing one sided polls.


He is also an advisor to PR leaders. He is banking on PR forming the next government and his think tank will become the new ISIS, advising the government on everything and earning big bucks and jet setting all over the globe.


As the general election gets nearer, Merdeka Centre's survey have begun to become more negative for BN and leaning to PR. Congrats Ibrahim, your dream of wealth and fame is coming true.


3. Dr Ong Kian Ming

The UCSI lecturer used to work in Insap, the MCA think tank. He failed to impress, so he moved to Sedar the Gerakan think tank. That also didn't work out for him. What a loser! Now he is the brains behind the Selangor government and also the Bersih group.


His latest masterpiece was his paper on the electoral roll which Ambiga relied on in her debate with Khairy Jamaludin.


Unfortunately Khairy shot it to pieces. Sorry Ong Kian Ming. He has also send signals to Putrajaya, offering his expertise.


You are nothing but a scheming snake. UCSI, you are playing with fire hanging on to this lecturer, who spends more time protesting than teaching. For his pathetic polls predictions, just check his records. He always gets its wrong.


4. Ambiga and the Bersih bunch of sorry looking blokes.

They are determined to overthrow the government through street protests and opposing everything that comes from the BN.


They have effectively destroyed the reputation of the elections commission just as DAP has destroyed the MACC.


Well done Ambiga. Very sure they will make you minister in charge of street affairs when they come to power.


Wong Chin Huat will be minister of education and Maria Chin will be women affairs minister.


5. Lim Chee Wee, Bar Council

But the newest best friend of PR got to be Lim Chee Wee.

The Bar Council chairman has been bending over backwards to defend Anwar Ibrahim and the non-elected, ketua umum's buddy Ambiga.


Remember how shorty Lim Chee Wee asked the government not to appeal after Anwar was acquitted of sodomising Saiful.


Shocking statement considering lawyers would usually appeal against every decision be it for those convicted of rape, murder, theft or corruption.


Now he is condemning the government left, right, centre over Bersih as though the violence was only coming from the police. Shorty Lim is a lawyer who advocates breaking the law on behalf of PR. What, a great friend!-Stopthelies
