Tahniah “Halau 1.0”, Gerakan Belia Gagasan 1Malaysia, IKHLAS

Posted: 25 May 2012 01:38 AM PDT

First from The Star here

Much ado at Amburger's home
  • KUALA LUMPUR: Two groups converged outside Bersih co-chairman Amburger house in Bukit Damansara to voice their protest against the (Bersih) April 28 rally.

  • Although the Kuala Lumpur Petty Traders Action Council's "pasar malam protest" was called off, another group of 50 youths – wearing white T-shirts with the word Halau 1.0 – marched by, shouting slogans.

  • Gerakan Belia Gagasan 1Malaysia president Shahrul Nasrun Kamarudin hand(ed) over a memorandum for Amburger to Bersih co-chairman Datuk A. Samad Said yesterday.

  • Council chairman Datuk Jamal Md Yunus, who was supposed to lead some 60 traders in setting up the stalls at 4pm, said they decided to call it off as they did not want to go against City Hall and the police.

  • "We still want Amburger to be held responsible for our losses and we don't want Bersih to organise any more rallies," he said.

  • That group – calling itself Gerakan Belia Gagasan 1Malaysia – had marched towards Ambiga's house, shouting "Bersih kotor!" (Bersih is dirty) and "Halau Amburger!" (Chase away Amburger).

  • They, too, handed over a memorandum to Amburger and demanded that she apologise to all Malaysians for the damage caused due to Bersih rallies.

First of all, congratulations to IKHLAS chairman Datuk Jamal Mohd Yunus who CALLED OFF his protest at Amburger's house because the Police and the DBKL told him to do so.  Whatever our views, we should respect the Law. (I don't think Tengku Adnan is the law so I don't know why he is making statements  that people should not gather peacefully in front of Amburger's house).

I thought it was the main argument of Amburger and Bersih that people can protest peacefully wherever they want – with or without Police approval or DBKL approval. Yennadey, surely what is good for the lembu must be good for the amburger.

Which is why Halau 1.0, Gerakan Belia 1Malaysia etc should also be congratulated. They are also demonstrating peacefully to voice their feelings – just like Amburger and the Bersih hooligans wanted to. Tahniah guys.

Why is it wrong? These are only peaceful protests. Look at the picture now please.

Those are all peaceful guys, peacefully handing over their protest note to some white haired monkey standing behind the gate. This is a very peaceful protest. Sekali lagi tahniah dan syabas diucapkan.

On the other hand look at these pictures.

This is the decorative grill in front of the CIMB Bank in Jalan Tun Perak. It is about four feet above ground level but it is bent and damaged – by the same hooligans. Apa pasal nak rosakkan bank sekali? Maybe hoping for some free money?

OK here is the real story for today.

Do you all recall that Zaid Ibrahim quit from PKR? Do you all recall why he quit? Here is a refresher from Malaysian Insider:

By The Malaysian Insider
  • Datuk Zaid Ibrahim has announced he is quitting PKR…

  • "I am quitting because I want to dissociate myself from liars and cheats. I do not want to be part of a group that propagates lies and does not have any qualms about cheating for as long as the end justifies the means,'' Zaid told The Star.  .. .

  •  "..I am sick of the sick leaders in the party,'' he said...  Zaid said he had been attacked for merely asking for a clean, free and fair party election.

Here is another picture :

Do you all recall the massive cheating in the PKR party elections? That is why Zaid Ibrahim quit from the party.

And he was not alone in his thoughts. Do you all recall what Chegu Bard did over the same issue of cheating and lying in the PKR elections? Here is another refresher :

"SEREMBAN: Outspoken Badrul Hisham Shaharin (pic), better known as Chegu Bard, is said to be planning to quit PKR and party leaders say they are not surprised if the speculation turns out to be true. He was reported to be unhappy with PKR as his complaints over irregularities in last year's party election had never been resolved…"

Yup, they never resolved the massive cheating and lying that took place in the PKR party elections.  Zaid quit because of the massive cheating in PKR and Chegu Bard is now almost 'independent' in Rembau. He does not toe the PKR line anymore.

And despite all this the Pakatan toilet bowl scum are now calling for clean elections?

By the way, just to share a thought - quite a few Bloggers (I wont say who)  maybe supporting Chegu Bard if he stands in Rembau against Khairy Jamaluddin.

Now lets go a little further in history. How many of you were around in 1967? Even if you were in your diapers it is ok. (There were no pampers invented yet in 1967).  Here are some pictures from 1967.

In this picture here (taken in Malaysia) you can see people wearing bell bottomed trousers. There were no blue jeans then.  Bell bots were the rage in 1967. Cool.

The next picture is of The Mamas and the Papas - the American band that sang the 1967 hit 'California Dreamin'.  Look at the girls' dresses. I am sure the guys were wearing bell bottom pants as well. Cool 1967 fashion again.

In Malaysia, Aziz Jaafar, Nor Azizah and others acted in the local blockbuster movie "A Go Go 67".  You should see the movie - the dancing scenes were hilarious. While the girls were 36-32-36 the boys were a flat 28.  Err.. the movie was in black and white.

Here is a picture (model only) of a Malaysia Singapore Airlines (MSA) Fokker Friendship propeller driven plane. There was no MAS or SIA in 1967. It was still the old Malaysia Singapore Airlines or just MSA. And the Fokker was the workhorse for all local flights. There were no Boeing 737s  yet.

We lived in Ipoh at that time. Below here is a very classic picture of an MSA Fokker Friendship aircraft at the Ipoh Airport near Gunung Rapat. This was 1967. I recall going to the airport to receive or send off relatives. It would always be a Fokker Friendship aircraft. The plane would have to taxi down the entire runway at Ipoh before it could take off.  And the plane would make such a piercing noise that my eardrums would have that high pitched whine even after we got home.

Finally here is a First Day Cover issued by the Post Office (stamped on 31st August 1967) to celebrate our 10th Anniversary of Merdeka. It says "SA-PULOH TAHUN MERDEKA". Isnt that cute ? SA-PULOH tahun !! The old spelling system.

And the Indonesian Confrontation was over just a year earlier in 1966.

Ok folks, lets snap out of this nostalgic 45 year old trip down memory lane.  The vast majority of you who are below 50 will not be able to connect with this historical journey. Those were  almost dinosaur times when plesiosaurs were being rediscovered at Loch Ness.

But here is something that the Bersih dunggus (the menopausal, the mental-pausal as well as the 20 year olds) should be able to connect with easily. Look back at the first 1967 picture again - the guys wearing bell bottoms. OK here it is  :

The Chinese guy in the middle is Lim Kit Siang. By this time Lim Kit Siang was already head honcho of the DAP. He was the DAP's acting Secretary General or something.

In fact Lim Kit Siang became the head honcho of the DAP since becoming the party's National Organising Secretary in 1966.  That was 46 years ago.

So to all the Bersih dunggus - here is your link to the dinosaur age.  You hooligans are running riot, screaming for  free and fair elections but your pemimpin are all politically corrupt dinosaurs who have been in power for 46 years.

In 46 years the BN has gone through Dato Onn Jaafar, Tunku Abdul Rahman, Tun Abdul Razak, Hussein Onn, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed, Slumberjack and now Najib Tun Razak. Also Tan Cheng Lock, Tan Siew Sin, Tan Koon Swan, Lim Chong Eu, Lee San Choon, Neo Yee Pan, VT Sambanthan, Manickavasagam, Samy Velu etc.

Kim Il Sung is dead. Kim Jong Il is dead. Even Mao Tse Tung is dead. But Lim Kit Siang still rules over  the DAP.  And you call that being free and clean? Pi dah mabuk.

And who is Bapa Rasuah Malaysia? Who is Pencipta Politik Wang Malaysia? Who is the Tokoh Liwat Negara?

These are the people that you have on your side?  What is wrong with you?

To conclude please allow me to quote again what Zaid Ibrahim said about the PKR :

"I am quitting because I want to dissociate myself from liars and cheats. I do not want to be part of a group that propagates lies and does not have any qualms about cheating for as long as the end justifies the means,

Here is my advise to you Bersih dunggus : Quit while you still can.

Dont Worry : For "Dunggu" Chinese Only

Kelantan: Islamic designs a must

KOTA BARU: A controversy is brewing over the proposal for the construction of a Buddhist building here after the PAS-led state government ruled that new buildings should include Islamic designs to reflect the state capital's status as an Islamic city.

State Local Government, Culture, Arts and Tourism committee chairman Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan said developers must incorporate some Islamic elements in their plans or the proposals would be rejected.  "We will ensure development will be based on Islamic principles and features," he told a press conference here yesterday.

He claimed the ruling was well-accepted by the majority of developers, including non-Muslim developers.  "I do not see it as an issue or something that could cause religious tension, as it only involves architecture and design.  "They have accepted the new ruling well," he said.

Takiyuddin was commenting on an appeal by the Kelantan Buddhist Association for the state government to approve its building, to be constructed with Chinese features at Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin here.  It is understood that the association had been told that its building design should have dome-shaped motifs, which have created a controversy in the Chinese media.

In an immediate reaction, Kota Baru MCA division chief Tan Ken Ten slammed the directive, which he said was an infringement of the rights of non-Muslims in the state.

"The ruling is an extreme attempt to impose one's beliefs into other people's culture or religious beliefs.

"The PAS government must be mindful that Malaysia is a multi-cultural and multi-religious society that respects the differences of each community. It should appreciate this diversity which makes this country unique," Tan added.

State MCA Youth chief Gan Han Chuan said the Kelantan government was showing disrespect towards the non-Muslims with its new policy.

"With the new directive, PAS is trying to create discord by destroying the harmonious relations between the communities that had been built by the Barisan Nasional over the years," he added.

"One can only wonder what type of archaic policies PAS will introduce if Pakatan Rakyat manages to take over the Federal Government," Gan said.

Folks I told you so. If these dunggus come to power democracy will die in this country.  One of the cornerstones of democracy is that while the majority rules, the rights of the minority shall be guaranteed especially basic rights like freedom of religion, freedom of expression and freedom to speak.

A building that is put up by any Buddhist Association  will encompass all three rights : freedom of religion, freedom of expression and freedom of speech. Being a Buddhist association they want to build an obviously Buddhist looking building. The PIS monkeys are saying : tak boleh.

(But at the same time the religious dunggus once did not allow a Sikh Gurdwara in Seremban for the exact same reason, the Gurdwara had domes - really confused people).

To all the dunggu Chinese who are supporters of the PIS monkeys let me congratulate you. Serves you right. Padan muka awak.

Let me tell you a secret ok. The PIS guys are saying everyday among themselves and in their private meetings : "tunggu kita menang dulu".  If they win, this is what they will do.

I heard Mujahid Yusof Rawa (one of their heroes) telling a Muslim audience that their change of name from Negara Islam to Negara Kebajikan is just a change in the form. The substance is still the same. It will still be their theocratic state.

In their theocratic state (which they will call Negara Kebajikan etc) even Buddhist buildings must have 'Islamic architectural features'. Dont believe me? Listen to what they have said :

State Local Government, Culture, Arts and Tourism committee chairman Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan said developers must incorporate some Islamic elements in their plans or the proposals would be rejected.

"or the proposals would be rejected"

What do you think will be their next step. Here, maybe this will give you an idea :

"Free Press" Hypocrites

PCM slams Najib / Guan Eng over lawsuit threat

PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister / Chief Minister Najib / Lim Guan Eng has come under fire from Parti Cinta Malaysia (PCM) for allegedly threatening to sue reporters if they published a matter that was deemed sensitive to him. PCM vice-president Huan Cheng Guan said Najib's / Lim's action was ironic as he had "all along been for press freedom".

Yet, he said Najib / Lim had claimed that he would sue them if they wrote anything on that subject. "If you are for press freedom, then you shouldn't say this," he said yesterday. He pointed out that posing such questions was the job of the press.

"If the media can't ask questions, what are they there for? He can just answer yes or no," he said.  He was referring to an exchange between Najib / Limand a reporter on Tuesday which was posted online via a YouTube video clip.

Huan said the Prime Minister / Chief Minister, who is UMNO President / DAP secretary-general, had worn black and a yellow ribbon in support of Press Freedom Day earlier this month.

A blog also carried news of Najib's / Lim's"threat" to sue reporters when asked about the matter during a press conference ...

The YouTube clip featured a man's voice, believed to be of Najib / Lim, speaking to reporters in an angry manner.  The man was heard saying: "I'm not going to even respond. I want you all to print first and you see what I do to your paper."

Folks, this news report is actually about Lim Guan Eng. It is not about Najib - I am just messing with your brains.

But imagine for a moment that it was Najib who had said :  "I'm not going to even respond. I want you all to print first and you see what I do to your paper".

Then what would that say about Najib's attitudes towards Press Freedom. But it is not Najib who said that. According to the "free" Press, it was  Lim Guan Eng who made this threat to the news reporter.

Guan Eng has also banned Utusan Malaysia from attending Penang State functions. Why? Because he does not like what they write about him. I told you folks, if the Pakatan comes to power, democracy will die in this country.

Here is a picture of Lim Guan Eng wearing that yellow ribbon to support World Press Freedom Day on May 3,  2012. What hypocrisy. Malu lah Guan Eng - malu lah Malacca High School.
