Section 107(2) of the Local Council Act by-laws prohibits a woman from cutting the hair of a man and vice versa regardless of religion.
"I have been paying fines of between RM200 and RM350," said Ong
"I find the by-laws confusing ... they should not apply to a non-Muslim woman cutting the hair of a non-Muslim man."
Ong was told that the licence for the salon would be revoked
"I would understand it if we were fined for allowing our (non Muslim) women workers to cut the hair of Muslim men. But they were attending to non-Muslim men," she said.
Ong, who had settled 10 summonses so far, wondered for how long she would have to pay fines. "They are not cheap and we have to consider the high rental, salaries of our workers and other expenses,"
Another salon manager had been issued four summonses so far.
National PAS Supporters Congress chairman Hu Pang Chaw agreed that the by-laws should not apply to non-Muslim women cutting the hair of non-Muslim men. He urged the council to review the ruling.

First of all to the really stupid Chinese who belong to the PAS Supporters Club, this serves you right. This is what you get when you support PAS. They will impose their stupid religious rules on you (which they invented themselves) and fine you and make you poor. They will even run you out of business.

Those two hairdressing salons have paid 11 and four summonses respectively. And the fines are not consistent - between RM250 - RM300 each. That is already over RM4000 in fines.

This is why the Islamic countries are also poor. They impose strange rules which no one can prove where it comes from. They say it is Islamic but who says so? Who told them so? Where did they get these strange ideas?

My question is this - why stop at hairdressing salons? Dentists must also be fined if they handle patients of the opposite sex. OK you might say that dentists and doctors treat sickness and disease. What about cosmetic surgery and cosmetic dental work? If you go to the dentist to have your teeth polished or teeth straightened or whitened, isnt that the same as going to the hair salon?

Dentists must also be fined under Section 107(2) of the Local Council Act if they treat patients of the opposite sex. So must plastic surgeons, physiotherapists, accupuncture specialists etc. It must also include shoe sales people. Because sometimes they have to help put the shoe on the customers feet. Tailors should be arrested too - because there are men tailors who jahit baju for women. What about the transister Mak Andams who provide the 'hiasan kahwin' services? We dont even know what exactly is their gender. There is a whole industry there. They must all be fined under Section 107(2).

When the satan has corrupted your mind, you create stupid rules that only make you poor. You fine people and eventually put them out of business. Money is lost and workers lose their jobs. Worse your people walk around with untidy hair, they look unhygienic and dirty. Welcome to satanism - it makes you poor.
