Their stalwarts like the wheel-chaired Karpal Singh and Lim Kit Siang were the untouchables. Nobody were allowed to contest their position, let alone question their decision on so many party matters. Compared with Umno, MCA, MIC and other 'democratic' parties, DAP doesn't uphold what it's supposed to, and the Malays and Indians in the party are being sidelined and will remain so unless the party's approach and 'mentality' accept changes. PETALING JAYA: Former DAP vice-chairman Tunku Aziz Tunku Ibrahim has urged the Registrar of Societies (ROS) to suspend DAP pending its investigations into the party's central executive committee elections in December.Will Guan Eng cooperate as requested by Tunku Aziz? Unlikely because the Penang chief minister too practices 'corporate and legalistic entity' in his administration. What he says, rules! So, DAP will stay as it is, undemocratic and dictatorial... |
