Posted: 09 Dec 2012 01:59 AM PST That is what these people in these videos are saying. Please note who these people are or were. President Pervez Musharraf first said in 2002 (ten years ago) that Osama Bin Laden died of kidney failure in 2001. Here is a news clip : 1. Pakistan's Musharraf : Bin Laden probably dead January 18, 2002 "ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (CNN) -- Pakistan's president says he thinks Osama bin Laden is most likely dead because the suspected terrorist has been unable to get treatment for his kidney disease. "I think now, frankly, he is dead for the reason he is a ... kidney patient," Gen. Pervez Musharraf said on Friday in an interview with CNN." 2. Then the late ex-Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto of Pakistan said that Osama Bin Laden was murdered by Omar Sheikh in 2001. Listen to this video recording: 3. Then this US foreign policy analyst and radio talk show host says the same thing in this video : This is what they are saying. |
Posted: 08 Dec 2012 07:00 PM PST I received this in the email last night from Norman Fernandez - a frequent commenter (and often strong critic as well) of my Blog. Norman is a lawyer by profession and also a ranking member of a political party. Except for some slight corrections in red (punctuation, spelling, minor grammar) this is as written by the writer. I am running this article with Norman's consent. As usual my comments follow : Pas Has Become A Real Danger By Norman Fernandez Pas has not changed. Pas wants non-muslims to believe that it has changed. Thus, its make believe tag-line "PAS For All" and the image makeovers to portray itself as a progressive muslim party in a multiracial country. However, beneath this facade, Pas remains what it is. A fanatical, non-compromising, intolerant religious zealot with an ultimate agenda to transform Malaysia into an Islamic state. Despite its overt show of tolerance, it coverts to rule over non-muslims who it regards as nothing more than godless infidels. (Despite) being a coalition partner of Pakatan Rakyat and having accepted Buku Jingga as being the common ground for the political unionship with DAP and PKR, PAS is clearly prepared to work against the common good of its partners _ to achieve its own agenda. So much for being in a "pakatan". Notice how PAS opposed Sports Betting and with DAP foolishly supporting PAS, it suddenly and suprisingly found an ally to its cause which ultimately made the government capitulate and cancel the proposed Sports Betting. That was just the start for PAS. PAS began opposing the public sale of alcohol and again it succeeded in having the sale of alcohol controlled in certain areas in Selangor, where PAS is in the Pakatan Rakyat government. Then, there was the blanket opposition to cinemas in Bangi and Shah Alam. Also witness the regularity of their opposition to concerts by western artistes and the ability to find an excuse to oppose. From Elton John being a gay, J-Lo for her sexy attire, K-Pop and J-Pop to being a danger to young people's morals to even opposing the world famous Gangnam Dance being a danger to Malaysian culture. Then, there is the annual moral alert and the policing by the serban brigade come Valentine's Day, Halloween, New Year's Eve celebration to even Mothers's Day. Finally, there is the Islamic state and imposition of hudud, a weather balloon regularly floated to keep the agenda alive and as a reminder to non-muslims of the ultimate aim of Pas. For PAS almost everything is alarming, sensitive, offensive, sexually arousing and western decadence. Thus everything is haram and larang. What is sensitive in the eyes of muslim Pas must immediately mean that non muslims become the sacrificial lamb and pay the price. Pas polices muslims as though it has been divinely appointed and also believes it has the right to be moral guardians for non muslims too. Pas will not accept that neither muslims and non-muslims have _ appointed PAS nor wish PAS to be their moral watchdog. The two latest incidents on the ban and issuing of summons to unisex hair dressing salons in Kelantan and now non-muslims being apprehended for khalwat in Kelantan should make non muslims realise that PAS is now a real danger to non-muslims and multicultural Malaysia. It calls for non-muslims to reflect deeply the effect of a PAS dominated government or even worst Malaysia under PAS. Non-muslims should think carefully. For fifty years non-muslims have been under ketuanan UMNO/BN and the question is if non-muslims are willing to live the next fifty years under ketuanan PAS/Islam. It may be a road of no return. Be forewarned. PAS now is a threat to non-muslims and non-malays. PAS has yet to win federal power and they are already becoming a menacing danger. Imagine, although PAS has yet _ _ to achieve its dream to make Malaysia an Islamic state, with the little power they have as a partner in Pakatan Rakyat states, it is already trying to impose shariah into everyday life of both muslims and non muslims. Imagine, what would happen to non-muslims if PAS were to obtain power? Fifty years ago, non-muslims were indifferent to the dangers of a political creature called Barisan Nasional and fifty years later Barisan Nasional has morphed into a rampaging uncontrollable monster. Its near impossible to rein in nor destroy this monster. Let's not create another in PAS for the price non-muslims will pay will be greater and heavier. The time to stand up to PAS has come. Non Muslims can no longer be indifferent. I repeat PAS is a real danger. Norman Fernandez (An unedited version) My comments : Well thank you Norman Fernandez. I really wish I could tell people here which political party you belong to because it will lend significant weight to your weighty message and reach more people. To our readers, Norman frequently comments in my Blog. As you can see Norman is very strongly opposed to the BN - which is his right. I may not agree entirely with his anti-BN stance but I certainly respect his rights. All of us must also respect peoples' right to be different. This is a democracy and a free country and we must stand up to defend peoples' right to believe whatever they want to believe (this includes the PAS). . As a non-Muslim and clearly speaking for non-Muslims, Norman Fernandez sees PAS as a great threat to non-Muslims. I agree but I would like to expand the scope a little. The PAS is also a clear threat to all Muslims and also to themselves, their supporters, their families and friends. And PAS does NOT represent Islam. That is the biggest mistake that everyone makes. They think that PAS is Islam. They are not. PAS is an ultra-nationalist, ultra-racist, ultra-religious hegemonic political party who are using a perverted and failed version of their religion to fish for your votes. That is all. There is nothing more than that. They want power, money and possibly marry four wives. They do not seem to have any higher calling. To achieve this they will lie, cheat, pretend, play the holy man game, call upon their god and do whatever is necessary to win your vote. Unfortunately PAS is not the real threat. The real threat are the unthinking supporters or incapable of thinking supporters who are ready to listen to PAS. These are the legions of the unthinking. These people who cannot think (they actually call themselves 'tidak boleh menggunakan akal') will support PAS right into the rubbish bin of history. I hope the non-Muslims, especially the Chinese also do not enter the category of the unthinking. I hope the Chinese also do not join the 'tidak boleh menggunakan akal' category. Please dont say that the Chinese are also equally stupid. Let the stupidity remain within that foolish PAS Supporters Congress led by that foolish and opportunistic Hu Pang Chow guy. So please listen to what Norman Fernandez has written here about the PAS. |
Posted: 08 Dec 2012 06:09 AM PST Internet governance talks in jeopardy as Arab states, Russia ally
We are truly thankful to Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed who single handedly introduced the Multi Media Super Corridor into Malaysia and made sure that there is absolutely no censorship of the Internet content that comes into Malaysia from outside the country (and to a very large extent even from inside the country). The Arab countries would like to become like the West - like in this picture here. Their people too want to be normal human beings - like in the picture. Thousands and millions of Arabs even migrate to the West to "enjoy" these freedoms - so that they too can walk normally in the streets like these people in the picture. But to become like that you need freedom of expression, freedom of faith and just good old freedom. Freeing the Internet is just one method to get there. It is not an absolute necessity but it will certainly help. More than the Internet, it is the freedom part that is absolutely necessary to become like the people and the place in the picture above. But at this convention in Dubai, the Arabs say they want to restrict the freedom of information, speech and communication which the Internet brings. This means the Arabs will remain like these people in this picture here : And if the oil runs out or if the oil becomes not so sought after anymore then the Arabs can go back to being this : The Arabs are afraid that if there is unrestricted Internet access and freedom of speech, freedom of thought and freedom of communications then their faith in their imaginary pet unicorns flying through the skies could be seriously damaged. They cannot imagine their own countries without believing in imaginary pet unicorns. So they will remain like this : |
Ronnie Liu : Dont Become A Suicide Bomber Posted: 08 Dec 2012 05:15 AM PST Here is a really silly time wasting piece of news :
This is Ronnie Liu's samseng answer to the AES. I dont exactly agree with the way the AES has been put into operation. Till today no one can tell me who exactly is behind the company that is doing this AES. There are many other questions. But no one should behave like gangsters and take the law into their own hands. That is what Ronnie Liu was proposing. And that is what the nasihat daripada pejabat peguam negeri told Ronnie Liu NOT TO DO - dont do stupid things, dont take the law into your own hands. We are supposed to be civilised. We have to learn to obey the law of the land. If you want to protest the AES, then as a State Executive Councillor follow the proper procedure. Lodge a report, get the State Legislature to pass some law, take it up through the penasihat undang-undang negeri or whatever. Obey the Law. Dont take the law into your own hands. No need to become a suicide bomber either. If you like licensed massage parlours in Selangor you can thank Ronnie Liu. This last statement is just to give you some perspective. Lets not lose focus. |
