They lie, they lose!

Here is the list of Pakatan Rakyat's liars from Penang!

1.  Datuk Abdul Halim Hussain (PKR-Teluk Bahang)
2.  Mohd Tuah Ismail (PKR-Pulau Betong)
3.  Norhayati Jaafar (PKR-Teluk Air Tawar)
4.  Ahmad Zakiyuddin Abd Rahman (PKR-Pinang Tunggal)
5.  Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik (PKR-Balik Pulau)
6.  Asnah Hashim (PAS-Bayan Lepas)
7.  Rosidi Hussain (PAS-Penaga).

PENIPU!

They are losers to Barisan Nasional candidates on the May 5 general election and to cover their weaknesses and shame, they accused BN of vote rigging, cheats and buying votes.

And so, together they lodged the reports at Penang MACC office on May 14, hoping for the investigation to favor them, and for the court to turnaround the election results.

However, they were defeated for the second time when Penang MACC concluded today that there was no tangible evidence to implicate BN of vote-buying, and that their reports and allegations were unfounded.
GEORGE TOWN, July 9 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's (MACC) investigation has found no elements of corruption in the reports on money politics lodged after the 13th general election in Penang, State MACC director Datuk Samarajoo Manikam said.
"We have called and recorded the statements from the witnesses...they also don't know who gave them (the vouchers). So, if they cannot prove any offence under the (MACC) Act, it will be difficult."
He told this to reporters after attending a briefing and dialogue with head of government departments and political parties here today.
He said this in response to the seven reports concerning money politics lodged by seven opposition candidates who lost in the May 5 polls.
Five PKR candidates, namely Datuk Abdul Halim Hussain (Teluk Bahang), Mohd Tuah Ismail (Pulau Betong), Norhayati Jaafar (Teluk Air Tawar), Ahmad Zakiyuddin Abd Rahman (Pinang Tunggal) and Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik (Balik Pulau), together with two PAS candidates Asnah Hashim (Bayan Lepas) and Rosidi Hussain (Penaga), lodged the reports at Penang MACC office on May 14.
Prior to this, a group of civilians were reported to have cashed the voucher they were given before the polling day in Sungai Dua, Pulau Betong and Tanjung Bungah.
They were said to be eligible to cash the vouchers should certain candidates in the election in the constituencies.
Samarajoo said the investigation results had been referred to the Attorney-General and the investigation had stopped since.
What else would they do after this? Lodge another report? Or contest the decision? Or seek solace in foreign NGOs and governments?

Malulah sikit 'YB' (Yang Bohong)!

Of frivolous spending and outright wastages

CASE NO.1 - RM70,000 spent monthly on renting office space in Komtar by Penang Water Supply Corporation Sdn Bhd (PBAPP) of which Lim Guan Eng is the chairman. The office lot at Level 4 in Komtar was left empty, apparently for almost a year. This works out to RM700,000 of taxpayers money going down the drain.

But the BIG question is who is the office lot owner. Could he be one of Guan Eng's rich and the famous buddies?

But the crux of the matter is how on earth can the Water Supply Corporation continue to pay RM70,000 to the office lot owner and leave it empty for such a long period.

This is sheer waste of money, taxpayers money. This is a lot of money spent for something that is paid for but does not generate any good for the people. In fact it is an abuse of public funds.

The reason given was that there was a delay as the Tender Board was not satisfied with the previous amounts tendered to carry out renovation and refurbishment.

If that was the case, the Water Supply Corporation management should have renegotiated with the office lot owner for a temporary freeze on the rental payment or forgo the office lot altogether.

Guan Eng recently announced that there was a shortfall of RM16.72 million in profit after tax (PAT) by PBA Holdings Bhd. He cited rising costs of doing business as the cause.

Obviously there would be a shortfall if the water authority continues to be so extravagant and could just leave a RM70,000 rented office space empty for a year.

It is taxpayers money that has gone to waste but since it is happening in Penang under the leadership of Guan Eng, it's alright. After all, he is so revered that he can do no wrong.

Case No 2 - Since Guan Eng is so revered, he can do what he likes. That is why he is called the Tokong in Penang.

He has been stubbornly adamant by insisting that he continue to stay in a rented bungalow at the affluent Pinhorn Road instead of the official Chief Minister's residence in Macalister Road.

Why does he not want to budge from the rented bungalow. Some speculate that it could be the "close proximity" of the bungalow with the home of his ex charming personal assistant Ng Phaik Keng @ Rainbow @ Chai Hong.

According to DAP Insider.com, Rainbow who is romantically linked with Guan Eng has certainly brought colour into Guan Eng's life.

The portal reported that Rainbow bought a three-storey terrace house in Slim Villas in Free School Road which is a stone throw away from where Guan Eng is staying.

It said Guan Eng's closest crony Tan Sri Tan Kok Ping had managed to persuade the developer to sell the unit to Phaik Keng at RM700,000, the original developer selling price even though the market price of the house is around RM1.35 million.

Guan Eng moved out from the official residence in Macalister Road in June 2009 so that renovations of the official residence can be carried out. He promised to move back but we all know how often DAP leaders lied. It's been four years and our dear leader hasn't move back.

We also understand that Guan Eng has refused to move back because the bungalow belongs to a middle-aged woman from Malacca, who is said to be a crony of Betty Chew, the wife of the CM. The RM9,000 monthly rental is paid for by the rakyat and that excludes his electricity, water and Astro bills!

Guan Eng claims that the official residence in Seri Teratai is termite infested and leaking but this was in 2009.

We know it is comfortable to stay in a nice big bungalow located in a posh area, Never mind it is also a stones throw away from Rainbow's house.

But Guan Eng should explain to the people why is he still staying in the bungalow after four years. How long must the people pay for his luxury?

So much about him blabbering that he flies economy class each time he goes overseas. Anyway he gets upgraded each time he flies economy.

What the heck then!
