Guess... who wants to kill Psy?

South Korean pop star Park Jae-sang aka Psy received a death threat during his visit to Penang on Monday, and that 'barred' him from joining Barisan Nasional leaders for a yee sang tossing ceremony after his performance.

Hmmm... why would anyone wanted to kill him, and for what reason?

The Gangnam Style singer has millions of fan in Malaysia and I don't think any of them poses any kind of threat on his life.

He was in fact a darling at the Chinese New Year celebration, which was boycotted by Pakatan Rakyat, especially Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng. The opposition members who joined the crowd were there for one purpose - to jeer him and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

But again, who would want to kill Psy?

Obviously not his fans and not members of the public. Barisan Nasional members? Can't be, because Psy brought about cheer to the celebration?

Then, who could it possibly be? It has to be someone who didn't want him to be there, right? Any wild guess?
A 'death threat' was among the reasons South Korean popstar Psy (pix) was not able to join Barisan Nasional leaders for the yee sang tossing ceremony at the Penang BN Chinese New Year Open House on Monday.
State BN chief Teng Chang Yeow said police had informed the organisers of the threat on Psy, whose real name is Park Jae-sang.
"The police had received information that there was an attempt on Psy's life," he said.
Describing the developments as "technical hiccups" occurring during the event, Teng sought to refute rumours over reasons Psy did not turn up to toss yee sang with Najib and other BN leaders.
He said the female emcee for the event did not take the cue from the stage manager and failed to introduce the Korean megastar.
