| Posted: 14 Apr 2012 09:08 PM PDT I came to realise a very, very long time ago that the human being has an unlimited capacity to be cruel, especially to his fellow human being. They can express their cruelty through violent and non violent means. There really is no one off 'fix it' solution for human cruelty. I think scientific education that is strongly logic based can provide some solution. Unfortunately in the recent past the Nazi Germans (a fantastically educated, highly cultured, scientific and the most advanced race of human beings in that period of history) exhibited the most bizarre and barbaric behaviour. They killed and slaughtered millions of human beings under the guise of German racial superiority. Now in the 21st century the most advanced nations on the surface of the earth ie the United States of America and the United Kingdom are also exhibiting the same bizarre and barbaric behaviour not different from the Nazi Germans. Iraq, Afghanistan, My Lai, Abu Gharib, Guantanamo, Vietnam, Cambodia, Southern Phillipines, Somalia and a dozen other nations have suffered the shedding of human blood at the hands of the Americans and the Brits. Wars of liberations, war for freedom, war against terror is just their bullshit designed to sanitize the murder so that they do not suffer too many nightmares. What is really happening is that they just love to shed human blood. There is something about shedding human blood which seems to excite the Americans and the Brits. Wherever they interfere in this world, human blood will be shed - either directly or through their proxies - they always have blood on their hands. Folks, the human being (that is us ok) has this unlimited capacity to show cruelty towards his fellow human. My wife and I work with abandoned children. We have had the most unfortunate experience of seeing cruelty suffered by children. And it is always cruelty inflicted by their parents. Many abused kids cannot sleep at night. At three o clock in the morning they are awake and sitting up in bed. Why? Because many of them suffered abuse late at night. So they cannot sleep - they stay awake to make sure that the boogey man does not come into the room. This type of cruelty is the most excruciating because not only does the child suffer physical abuse or trauma but the greatest hurt is the feeling of betrayal suffered at the hands of your own mother, father or siblings. A child has no other place to turn. The more a child suffers abuse, the more the child yearns for the parents love and compassion. When this is not forthcoming, the damage done to the child is quite irreparable. When left to their own ends, the human being can become quite the barbaric beast. And when you throw in satanic religion, the transformation is complete. A pure satan is born who does not think twice about inflicting harm and suffering on his own neighbour, his fellow human being, his own kin, brother, sister or flesh and blood in the name of whatever devil it is that he has learnt to worship. To all our Muslim readers, do you know why we must obey Allah and the Rasul? In arabic it is : 'attiulaaha wa attiur rasool. In Malay it is : "taatlah kepada Allah dan taatlah kepada Rasul". Why should we 'obey Allah and the Rasul'? Here is one reason. [Surah 3:132] You shall obey GOD and the messenger, that you may attain mercy. In this verse the desired end is to attain mercy. To be compassionate. The obedience to Allah and the Rasul is not an end in itself. There is another objective at the end of it all - that you may attain mercy. So we have to stop being cruel. I wanted to share this because of two things. Recently I attended another class reunion (I attended a few schools so I have more than one class reunion). What I notice is that my friends seldom speak about the teachers. We are all grateful to all our teachers - without them we would be nowhere. At the same time too many teachers were bullies, they were crude, rude and just unpleasant human beings. The teacher was not someone you looked forward to meeting. Too many teachers are actually 'necessary inconveniences'. I dont know if you agree with me or not but there are very few teachers who you can really respect and look up to as human beings. We listen to them because we have to pass our exams but other than that do you want to invite them to your home for tea ? I will let you decide. Secondly, today I read in the newspaper that the housemen (the junior doctors) are being bullied by the senior doctors. Here is The Star :
Part of the Hippocratic Oath (which doctors used to recite in the very old days) says "I will prescribe regimens for the good of my patients according to my ability and my judgment and never do harm to anyone." Well it looks like senior doctors are confused between the Hippocratic Oath and the Hypocratic Practise. They dont mind bullying the junior doctors. It costs anything up to RM500,000 to train a single doctor. Why make them stand in the corner? I say yennadey, this is not primary school lah. If the junior doctors are not properly trained, go and ask the Minister of Higher Education to stand in the corner first. Or go and tell the university professors who trained them to stand in the corner. Why do you insist on making the housemen work for 16 hours at a stretch? Senior doctors ini tak ada otak ke? Even pilots are not allowed to fly more than six hours at a stretch because if the pilot gets tired, the plane might crash. In the same way if you force the housemen to work 16 hours a day, they might cut the wrong artery and kill the patient or slice through a nerve and paralyse the patient. Not only are you bullying the housemen but your cruelty towards your fellow human beings is further endangering the lives of patients. This is just like the religious people blaming the everyday Ahmad, Awang and Ah Chong for all the world's problems. You are the bloody religious expert. You say you have all the answers. But the sumbang mahram is increasing, the rogol anak is increasing, the tipu duit is increasing, the buang bayi is increasing. This means the religious people are sleeping on the job. You do not know your job. Or is it possible that you are also a devil worshipper? Maybe you are the satan. Hang yang sesat kut? Bukan orang lain yang sesat. You are the real problem. You are definitely not the solution. Have you sat down and thought about this for a moment? I have a suggestion - maybe everytime there is a kes buang bayi, we should kick the religious people in the ass. The dungus are sleeping on the job. (Alamak, but that is also cruelty - cakap tak serupa bikin pula. Ok we wont kick them in the ass. It was just a thought). And now the senior doctors bully the housemen to cover up their own weaknesses. The religious people inflict cruelty upon others to cover up their own satanisms. The teachers bully their students to cover up their own inadequacies. The parents bully their children to cover up their own incapabilities. The Americans just love to shed human blood. Some masjid people even refuse to conduct funerals for people who are not in their congregation. How cruel can you get? It goes on and on. Its a vicious circle. People who suffer abuse, also become abusers. When teachers bully their students, the kids grow up to become bullies themselves. If parents abuse or abandon their own children, the children will grow up and abuse and abandon their own kids as well. And do you think they will give a hoot about the neighbours children? No way. Same for the doctors. When senior doctors abuse junior doctors, the juniors will become abusive doctors themselves. Its easy to say "We have to stop being cruel". Somehow I feel that will be a waste of time. That is not going to happen. The human being is going to be cruel. Just learn to fend for yourselves folks. And spare some kindness for the kids too, especially your own kids. Who is going to help them? |
| Nurul Izzah, Papa de Jah-Hut, Free Underwear, Bersih 3.0 And Crap Posted: 14 Apr 2012 07:31 AM PDT Anwar Ibrahim wants to give away free the PTPTN student loans. Not a bad idea. Its only about RM25.0 billion worth, according to Monyet King's Blog. At one time Anwar Ibrahim also promised to reduce the price of petrol and diesel by half. I hope you have not forgotten that. What else can you expect of a 'don't know what studies' graduate from University Malaya who possibly recalls Adam Smith via ecstatic visions of an 'invisible hand'. I have an idea for them. Why not just abolish IncomeTax? These Pakatan fellows really don't have any guts. If they think they are really worth their salt, why not just say "We shall abolish Income Tax". I mean if you are going to give things away for free, go for the kill lah. Don't play this childish waiving kindergarten fees and stuff. Its only RM25 billion. That is child's play. Just waive the Income Tax. Apa macam? Boleh ke tak boleh? OK I know maybe that is too much. Why not do the next best thing – just say we will lower Income Tax and Corporate Tax to a flat 15% (like Russia??) Chinese people sure like one mah. But I don't think the Brader will make any such announcement. Because Chinese people sure will vote Pakatan. No need to give them anything extra. Selangor is now suffering because of the free water fiasco that the PKR promised in 2008. Folks, for the past two years now in Bukit Jalil, every nite after 12 midnite there is drastically reduced water supply. Kalau nak mandi after 12 midnite, seksa lah. There is no water or it comes in drips. This has been going on for about two years. The PKR promised free water (the first x cubic metres is free). They did not expect to win the elections. Then after they won Selangor they had to give x cubic feet of free water. Now they realise that someone has to pay for the "free" water. Someone has to pay for the treatment plant's electricity, aluminium sulphate, the plant workers, the maintenance etc to get that x cubic metre of "free" water to your house. Who pays? The State of Selangor lah. That's you and me too, if you live in Selangor. We still have to pay for it. Its just left pocket masuk right pocket. In 1999 the PAS fellows promised to abolish Cukai Pintu or Quit Rent if they won Terengganu. They did win. They did abolish the Cukai Pintu. Then they found out that they had lost a substantial portion of State revenue. So other public services suffered. In Kelantan, Nik Aziz is smarter. He does not abolish anything. He has to run the State. He needs money. So come the 27th (of May??) or something, when these people have their Bersih 3.0, why not give every attendee free underwear? It's supposed to be a sit down protest mah, sure bontot panas. Kasi lah underwear baru, free. Janganlah marah sangat. Anyway here is something from Nurul Izzah's Blog about the Felda listing. She contradicts herself left and right. And just like her father, she wants to give away the Felda shares for free!! Whee! Semua kasi free!! Here is what she wrote – I have truncated it (malas nak baca, someone sent this to me and asked me to comment about it. Malas betul lah. I have better things to do than read their junk. Tapi nak oblige kawan fellow Blogger). (My comments in brackets) Peneroka Felda: Durian Runtuh atau Durian Reput? (My Comments : Haiyya Nurul Izzah, dulu tahun 1992-3 there was a very bad French guy called Papa De Jah-Hut (pronounced "jahat"). He was an oversexed relative of Jabba De Hut. That time Papa De Jah-Hut was trying to overthrow Tun Ghafar Baba. He needed the support of UMNO Sabah. Around the same time, TNB was going for a public listing. So Papa De Jah-Hut gave TNB pink slips to so many people in Sabah. But it was not free. They had to pay for the TNB shares. The pink slip was only an entitlement. The Sabah people had to get bank loans to buy up the TNB shares. Tapi what really happened was that people went from KL and paid the Kadazan and the Dusun people some money and bought up all the TNB pink slips which Papa De Jah-Hut refused to give free to the Sabahans. They still made money. Papa De Jah-Hut (pronounced "jahat") was still able to overthrow Tun Ghafar.) (My comments : Haiyya. Serupa lah time Papa De Jah-Hut dulu. The banks will finance, then the people will cash out. Tapi tak payah pinjam bank pun. Jual saja pink slip. Buang masa sajalah komen macam ini). 4.4 Kadar faedah "daily rest" pada paras 5% setahun yakni lebih 2.5 kali ganda kadar faedah pinjaman mudah bagi National Feedlot Centre (NFC) pada paras 2% (My comments : Saya setuju pasal kes lembu kondo. That was a Gomen loan – taxpayers money. Bank bukan sebodoh Gomen. Bank takkan kasi loan 2%. Even your daddy who tak kenal Adam Smith pon takkan kasi 2% loan. Don't waste time with this silly comment) 5. My comments : 5 investment banks + 7 commercial banks = 12 banks in total. Haiyya, tak cukup ke? Why so many banks? Certainly more competition among the banks. If fewer banks, then you will say "Why so few banks only?" This is such an AC DC comment). 6. (My comments : Yang saya tahu, the peneroka's portion of shares that can be sold is only 2% of the total listed Felda shares). 7. On top of that tanah peneroka kekal dengan mereka. On top of that bahagian terbesar saham Felda masih dipegang oleh peneroka melalui Koperasi. The Koperasi Felda will remain the largest shareholder of Felda after the listing. So – selagi ada pokok kelapa sawit di ladang-ladang kepunyaan Felda - masa depan peneroka terjamin. So please don't temberang.) 8. Nurul Izzah Anwar, Ahli Parlimen Lembah Pantai, merangkap Naib Presiden KEADILAN (My comment : Pi dah mabuk. The real expert in buying votes is Papa De Jah-Hut (pronounced "jahat") who used the TNB pink slips to buy votes in Sabah to oust Tun Ghafar. He did this way back in 1993. I think if you use your handphone you should be able to contact him in a jiffy) |
